APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Phoenix

I was homeless sleeping in my car for about 3 months. I found this apartment complex called Jordan was who I spoke with we had a meeting and I was able to tour the complex that very same day. Before I left Jordan started my back ground check and emailed me two days later letting me know my background had cleared and congratulations that I had been approved for my apartment and I could move in the nest day which was Friday. I just renewed my lease I have no complaints since I have been here. Jordan(leasing) is amazing super nice, very communicative, very respectful, very helpful and will work with you. (Everyone who works here is) I know that when I go down to the office with a maintenance request it will be taken care of that same day. If Jordan is working in the office days I’d have to go down there I am always welcomed with a “Hey how are you” with a smile and wave even if he is busy at the moment. It makes me feel that much more comfortable living here knowing that residents including myself are being taken care of and maintenance is accommodating and fixing problems brought to their attention. I would 100% recommend coming and touring and becoming a future resident of Portola North apartments. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff is really professional, the pool is great, property location really convenient

Must let everyone know that I’ve been more than impressed with the quality of customer service given by Miss Laura does a great job of making me and my grams feel welcome, heard, and understood.. the atmosphere is always pleasant in the office and calm.Edith && Ruth are also very attentive, Jordan too fast help you out and super friendly...I also must include that the maintenance crew is an attraction of good looking bunch!   ****I highly recommend you to come here and ask for any of them. Portola is a great place to call home !!! :)

Rented my apartment site unseen and not at all disappointed. Jordan was and is amazingly helpful, staff is all very friendly-only have had to call maintenance 1x and think they were at my door before I even hung up! The grounds are kept up and plenty of parking for guests. Complex is also located in a great area next to shopping, restraunts and easy access to freeway. Would totally recommend living at Portolla to anyone looking.

I just moved into these Apartments alongside my Grandma and very satisfied with the customer service, very helpful, resourceful ,and genuinely caring! Never have had this great of care plus the apartment is beautiful! Thank you Laura, the wonderful manager!

I came into the office with a concern And Jordan and Misty listen to my concerns. And before I could even leave the office they had taken care of my concerns. Thank you so much This is why I am so happy living here . The staff makes you feel comfortable and they care about making sure you are happy

The Staff here at Portola North Phoenix Apartments are amazing. The office staff always willing to help. Then you have the maintenance staff always there when you need them. They have done such an great job here. Thank you for everything
